What do I believe in?

I believe in empowered women making informed decisions that feel right for them.

Birth isn’t a trial run, you get one chance to birth this baby, and how you feel about it stays with you forever.

You are the expert in your pregnancy, but you need to feel like it too.

I’ve lived both experiences. My first baby was born from fear, stress and worry, with lots of unwanted intervention; leaving me carrying the trauma for years. My second baby was born from peace and confidence, showing me what is possible for women, with the right support.

This lived experience inspired New Beginnings Hypnobirthing Doula - its more than an antenatal course, its real-time, evidence-based, nurturing pregnancy and postnatal care and support, offering you the chance to set yourself up for a birth experience you can cherish forever.

Covering all areas of Greater Manchester and beyond: Bury, Bolton, Wigan, Rochdale, Blackburn, Burnley, Tameside, Salford, Burnley, Preston.
